Armadillo-420でUSBメモリを使用したいのですが使用できません。

と表示は出るのですが、/dev/sda1が作られません。/dev/sda1は自動的に作成されるのではないのでしょうか？
カーネルの設定は、以下になっています。

また、USBメモリでしたら、特殊だったり高価なハードウェアと言う訳では無いので、
他の製品では、どの様になるかといった情報もありますと、
有識者の皆様もコメントがしやすいのでは無いかと思いました。
