こちらのエラーに見覚えはありませんが、ATDE のターミナル（vscode 上でも）を開いていくつかを確認させてください：
* ネットワークエラー等の可能性もありますので、リトライすれば同じでしょうか？
* 空き容量の確認：
df -hよろしくお願いします
