はい、http://ftp.jp.debian.org/debian/ を http://archive.debian.org/debian/ に変更して、http://security.debian.org/debian-security を http://archive.debian.org/debian-security/ に変更すれば古いパッケージはまだインストール可能です。

Freexian が運用している extended LTS リポ（2027-06-30まで）も追加することが可能ですので、セキュリティアップデートが必要な場合に https://www.freexian.com/lts/extended/docs/how-to-use-extended-lts/ を参考にして追加してください（英語のリンクですみません）

at-debian-builder のビルドスクリプトを今週中に修正して、リリースする予定です。
